Mehmen Builders, Inc. has been in the building industry for many years. Our goal is to make building your home a fun, enjoyable experience with 100% customer satisfaction. We focus on custom built homes in any price range. We will work with your plans or come to us and we can help you design a plan to meet your needs.
Mehmen Builders, Inc. has built homes in Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty, Cosgrove, Cedar Rapids, and Urbana and are continuing to expand to other areas. Currently, we have several lots available in Aspen Ridge in North Liberty, Hoover Trail in Cedar Rapids, and Pine Hill Estates in Coralville.

We provide a decision making timeline in order to efficiently coordinate the workflow. We send a weekly update/schedule of construction via email. We strive to keep communication open between the home owner and builder. Our goal is to please our customer throughout the whole building process.
- Committed to Professional and Excellent Workmanship: We are an energy 5 star builder including, advanced insulation, high efficiency heating and cooling, high performance windows, and sealed ducts. We are experienced in working with geothermal as well. We provide a one year warranty on all new construction. We will facilitate cooperation and scheduling among subcontractors in a professional manner.
